Total Safety Solutions are the NT distributor for Worksafe Management Systems (WMS), the leader in occupational health and safety (OH&S) incident and risk management.
This is a simple, easy to use program available via the web which offers businesses of ALL sizes to have on-line incident reporting, management and reporting. The system can be as simpler or as complex as your business requires. WMS is scalable in it's design and flexible to be used for incidents of any nature, not purely OHS. We have recently trialed this software with the NT Government for a 'bullying' program.
WMS is the effective management of a workplace health and safety related event, both from the perspective of the company and the employee, requires management of a multi-phase process comprising:
- Collection of information
- Comprehension of that information
- Correction of the existing process
- Analysis of data trends to identify, and allow correction of, any underlying areas of risk
- A positive outcome for the employee and company
All interaction with the system is via a web-browser on a PC, meaning that the system can be accessed from virtually anywhere. Users are guided through the system via wizards so that even very inexperienced users can log incidents or hazards with minimal or no training. Comprehensive security ensures users can only access functions and data that they are authorised to access. Integrated messaging ensures that key people are alerted to incidents, hazards and risks as soon as the event is logged. Powerful reporting, also accessible from any web-connected PC, allows analysis of data to spot trends of events and guide users on the most effective actions.
